- Currently pursuing a degree in Turfgrass Science, Turfgrass Management, or Golf and Sports Turf Management.
- Comfort working outdoors in various conditions, including heat, humidity, or light rain.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak season.
- Strong verbal and written skills for reporting field observations to senior agronomists.
- Management of small crews for various projects.
- Finish and grow-in work, including seeding tees, fairways, and native areas, using various techniques.
- Fertilizer/pesticide application, calibration, and record keeping.
- Turfgrass cultural practices (mowing, verticutting, topdressing, aerifying, rolling, etc.)
- Travel to Muirfield Village to assist with course operations for the Memorial Tournament. Experience championship-level event management.
- Repair and maintain sprinkler heads
- Monitor soil conditions and apply supplemental hand-watering to ensure championship-level turf health and consistency.
- Maintain a polite, helpful demeanor with club members and guests.
- Starting Rate: $17.50/hour.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily turf maintenance, including mowing greens, tees, and fairways using specialized equipment.
- Rake and edge sand traps to ensure consistent playing conditions.
- String trim around trees and fence lines.
- Ensure the course is clear of fallen branches, leaves, and trash before play begins.
- Ability to arrive for shifts as early as 6:00 AM.
